    Im all done with dunkin donuts, Panera Bread, Starbucks, etc, etc..... This thing makes the BEST coffee on the planet, I am soooo addicted. I never leave the house..

    Plastic covered in Metal
    The unit is very attractive but the "titanium" feature is just a metal sheathing over plastic throughout.

    This has been an excellent trouble free product. The Lattes we can now make at home are better than ones bought in Starbucks, etc..

    DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE
    I went through 2 of these machines (amazon gladly replaced the first one) and both had the same defect.

    Easy As Pie
    This machine worked correctly from the start. I did spend 10 minutes or so reading directions but the controls are easily intuitive.

    good coffee….few bugs
    The beans have a tendancy to hang up in the hopper and I constantly have to open the hopper and manually push the beans down the hole. For the money this thing cost…
