What are Nespresso capsules, you ask, and how do I use them? They are single serving capsules, with colorful designs to brighten up your hectic morning. Just choose your favorite flavor and put the capsule in the machine. The capsules are specially made, so that the right amount of water flows through, during the brewing cycle. After that, they are automatically ejected into the internal dump box, when brewing is finished. These Nespresso capsules are doubly wonderful because their protective casings seal in the great coffee flavor, from the harmful effects of light, air and moisture.
As you view the Latissima 680, your eye is naturally drawn to the teardrop-shaped coffee spout. It is made that way, so that even your large cups should fit underneath it. If they don’t, you can just remove the drip tray to make extra room. You will also notice this incredible espresso maker's illuminated, programmable buttons; each one being labeled with a different symbol, to make identification easy. The patented IFD milk frothing system allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos, without even moving your cup! Add up to 25 ounces to the clear external pitcher, then adjust the froth regulator to your choice of setting and choose either the latte or cappuccino button. Superb, creamy, frothed milk will be dispensed into your cup in just moments. After brewing is complete, you can remove the system and place the remaining milk in the refrigerator, or put all of the components in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
The outstanding Nespresso 680 features a powerful 19-bar pressure pump, for ideal espresso extraction; hot water dispenser; a passive cup warmer and two thermoblock heating elements. I love the ease of preparing espresso, cappuccino and lattes without the mess and cleanup of grinding beans and frothing milk. One button, perfecto. The milk container can be kept as is in the refrigerator to just plug in for the drinks.
Tne nespresso capsules do make an excellent drink, but on the downside are pricey and you must order online from Nespresso directly in minimum batches of 50 capsules at a time.

Great product. One of my favorite appliances yet. So easy to use and little clean up. Highly recommend it!
